Action for Healthy Kids

The AFHK tools and resources are designed to help you learn more about ways to support positive changes in children's nutrition and physical activity in your community -whether at a local, state or national level. These tools and resources have been contributed by more than 35 national education, fitness, health and nutrition organizations and government agencies that collaborated on the 2002 Healthy Schools Summit, and are dedicated to taking action for our children's health.
