Plan a Move & Crunch Challenge at Your School
The Move & Crunch Challenge is a fun, innovative event that engages the entire school community. School principals model healthy lifestyle choices and challenge students, parents and school staff to “Move” and “Crunch” their way to wellness too. This event was initially introduced as a statewide contest in 2007, but can be easily adapted to a local event held at anytime of the year using the resources below. It's a great way to show your commitment to student wellness!
