Know the Limits on Fats Team Nutrition
 

Limit the fat, saturated fat, trans fat and cholesterol in your school meals by:

  • Reading food labels to choose products with less
  • Baking and broiling foods instead of frying
  • Preparing food with less fat (butter, oil, margarine and shortening)
