Local Wellness Policy Toolkit (K-12): information, resources, and a model wellness policy that wellness teams can use as a template in drafting their own policy.

Body Walk (K-12): a fun, educational and interactive tour of the human body. The Body Walk Manual guides you and your (jr. high/high school) students through the steps to design and assemble a body walk exhibit. Your students will then mentor other (elementary) students about lifetime healthy eating and an active lifestyle.  (Can be borrowed from the Illinois Nutrition Loan Library)

HealthierUS School Challenge Manual for Elementary Schools (K-8): a step-by-step manual to assist elementary schools in meeting the criteria for the HealthierUS School Challenge, a national recognition program for elementary, middle and high schools that excel at student wellness.

Hip Hop Curriculum (4-6): A 6-week summer food service activity program in which participants learn important nutrition concepts, participate in physical activities, and eat lunch.
